Powered Pins
The structure of the refrigerator is complicated, and the causes of some kind of failure may be various. Practice has proved that the correct use of the "view, smell, ask" method can effectively analyze the cause of the failure.
1. "Wang": refers to the use of the eye to observe or use the meter to measure the various parts of the refrigerator. Use a multimeter to check the height of the power supply voltage and whether the motor winding resistance is normal. Use a megohmmeter to measure whether the insulation resistance of the refrigerator is above 2MΩ. If all the indicators are normal, you can power on the test run.
Use an ammeter to measure the amount of starting current and running current, then open the door to see the frosting of the evaporator. If the current value does not meet the requirements or the evaporator frost is uneven (or not completely frosted), it is not normal. Using a thermometer to measure the cooling rate in the refrigerator, if the cooling rate is significantly slower than usual, it is an anomaly. Observe whether the capillary tube and the drying filter are condensed, whether the compressor suction tube is frosted, and whether the door around the box is condensed, thereby judging whether the refrigeration line is blocked, whether the refrigerant is excessive, and whether the capillary is faulty. Check the surface of the refrigeration system piping (especially at the joints) for signs of oil contamination. If there is oil, indicate a leak.
2. "Smell": refers to the sound of running the refrigerator with your ears. For example, whether the motor is running, whether there is noise when the compressor is working, whether there is airflow in the evaporator, whether the starter and the thermal protection relay have abnormal noise. If there are the following sounds, it is abnormal:
“嗒嗒嗒†is the impact sound of the metal inside the compressor, indicating that the internal moving parts collide due to looseness. "Dangdang" is the impact sound of the inner suspension of the compressor when it is broken and unhooked. If the sound of the airflow in the evaporator is not heard, the refrigeration system is clogged.
3. “Qâ€: It refers to the user to inquire carefully about the transportation, use environment and various conditions in the use of the refrigerator and record in detail, in order to analyze the fault.
