Applications:Antioxidant 1035 for White Crystalline Powder,tasteless and a low toxicity, insoluble in water, soluble in methanol,ethanol,toluene,acetone etc.This product is a sulfur containing primary antioxidant and heat stabilizer that is widely used for the process stabilization of polyethylene wire and cable resin application.It eliminates the concern over micro contaminants that can affect the insulation properties of the wire, and it also prevents premature gel formation of chemically cross linked polyethylene during extruder compounding,it provides efficient processing stabilization and long term thermal stability with excellent system compatibility and low color that can also be applied in styrenic polymers,polypropylene,elastomers such as EPDM and SBR and for carboxylated SBR latex and polybutadiene rubber. This antioxidant has good performance of thioether-blocking Phenolic Antioxidants, widely used in various plastics, rubber, coatings, can also be used in ABS, PS, Pu, PA, good antioxidant effect.The antioxidant IRGANOX1035 is a sulfur-containing antioxidant and thermal stabilizer, which can be used as a process stabilizer for polyethylene wire and cable materials.
