In order to save money and enhance core competitiveness, Daqing Petrochemical decided to produce these important equipment by the machinery factory after analysis. The design is difficult, they will break down the difficulties and learn from domestic companies that already have local technology. Employees overcome difficulties when mastering the internal hole welding technology that does not see the solder joints, and the pass rate is 100% in the simulation test. At present, all three core equipments are running smoothly, saving 5.9 million US dollars for foreign exchange.

Accumulators are ancillary equipment for large compressor units. Since the failure of the old accumulator during operation cannot be detected in time, it is easy to cause the compressor unit to jump, and the accumulator cannot function in time to cause an accident. After understanding this situation, the plant developed a new type of direct contact accumulator, solved the problem, and successfully applied it to the production equipment of Daqing Petrochemical Fertilizer Plant to ensure the smooth operation of the device.

At present, the LNG automobile tanker products developed by the machinery factory have successfully entered the overall testing stage, laying a solid foundation for the new products to be put into the LNG transportation market as soon as possible. The key to the development of LNG automotive tanker products is the manufacture of cryogenic liquid transport tanks, which have very high technical standards, manufacturing and related qualifications. The R&D team of the machinery factory has successively tackled key production and manufacturing technologies such as vacuuming, helium leak detection, aluminum foil winding and low temperature type testing. The tank manufacturing has met various technical standards and obtained the design and manufacturing qualification issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. certificate.
