We all know that the exterior wall of the building is mostly cement mortar or concrete surface, which is characterized by multi-void and strong alkali. The porous structure makes the water absorption strong, so that the surface of the real stone paint coating is not smooth enough, which may cause the coating film to wrinkle, and may cause the coating film to dry too fast and cause the topcoat to crack and waste the topcoat. Strong alkalinity can lead to chemical degradation of the resin in the coating, accelerate the aging of the coating film, reduce the life of the coating, and even whiten, return to alkali. The basic stone treatment of real stone paint construction is very important. What standards should we meet? Let's take a look.

Five major inspection requirements for real stone paint construction:

First, the intensity

The strength of the base layer has a great relationship with the type of the base layer and its own quality. Generally, the strength of the concrete base layer is the highest, the mortar is the second, and the gypsum board is the lowest. Too low a base strength will affect the adhesion of the coating. A qualified base layer should be free of powder, sand, void, delamination, cracking and peeling.

Second, the flatness

The unevenness of the base layer will affect the final decorative effect of the real stone paint. There are four main types of flatness inspection: flat surface, vertical yin and yang angle, vertical vertical surface, and square yin and yang.

Third, dryness

The moisture in the base layer comes from the fact that the mixed cement is added water, and the moisture will bring the alkaline substance to the surface to damage the coating. The base layer must be thoroughly dried before painting. The moisture content must be below 10%. Generally, for cement mortar base, in the case of good ventilation, 14 days in summer and 28 days in winter, the water content can meet the requirements.

Fourth, the pH

The lime in the mortar and concrete and the cement contain a large amount of calcium hydroxide which is highly alkaline. The basic alkalinity of the base layer affects the adhesion of the coating, and may also cause color accidents such as discoloration, gas layer, whitening, and flowering. The pH of the base layer should be less than 10.

Fifth, the degree of cleanliness

Remove the floating pulp, dust, oil, etc. on the surface of the base layer, so that the surface is conducive to the adhesion of the coating. The base treatment is the first and basic process of real stone paint coating, which plays a decisive role in the quality of the whole coating. If the base treatment is not in place, quality accidents such as peeling off, cracking, and fading may occur.

Pesticides are substances that are meant to control pests or weeds. The term Pesticide includes all of the following: HerbicideInsecticideinsect growth regulatornematicide, termiticide, molluscicidepiscicideaviciderodenticide, predacide, bactericideinsect repellentanimal-repellentantimicrobialFungicidedisinfectant (antimicrobial),

and sanitizer. The most common of these are herbicides which account for approximately 80% of all pesticide use. Most pesticides are intended to serve as plant protection products, which in general, protect plants from weeds, fungi, or insects.
