Instructions for Use 1) Do not connect any load to the power output terminal before turning on the power. The output voltage amplitude adjustment knob and sweep time adjustment knob should be turned anticlockwise and then turned on. After power on, it is best to warm up for 15 minutes before performing the following operations.

2) Set the frequency sweep start point and sweep frequency end point according to the requirements of the tested loudspeakers. The specific operation is as follows: Press the "start point" switch and adjust the starting point frequency adjustment knob so that the displayed frequency is the required starting point frequency. Then press the "end" switch to adjust the end frequency adjustment knob so that the displayed frequency is the desired end frequency. After the setting is completed, it should be noted that the frequency of the end point must be greater than the frequency of the start point, otherwise the frequency sweep will stop.

3) After setting the start frequency and the end frequency, press the “Auto” sweep switch to enter the automatic sweep state.

4) Depending on the load connected, select the "Test Speaker / Headphone" selection switch. When a headphone test is required, this switch can be pressed to output a purely small power signal from the power output jack, which is more suitable for testing headphones.

5) According to the speaker's power requirements, adjust the output voltage adjustment knob, refer to the output voltage display window real-time display of the output voltage value, set the output voltage.

6) According to the company's standards and personal hearing requirements, adjust the sweep time adjustment knob to determine the sweep speed.

7) If you need to set to manual sweep status, you need to press the "manual" sweep switch and adjust the manual sweep adjustment knob. It should be noted that the manual frequency adjustment range can only be between the set start frequency and the end frequency.

8) The synchronous output signal can be connected to a low-frequency frequency profiler to measure the frequency characteristics of the acoustic system.

9) The signal output port is used for small-signal output, and its output size and power output port maintain a certain ratio relationship. The specific values ​​can refer to the technical parameters (Table 1).

10) When the power output port is overloaded and exceeds the allowable range of the instrument, the “overload” indicator on the panel lights, and the instrument automatically cuts off the power output. The buzzer alarms and resumes output after 2 to 3 seconds. .

11) When the internal temperature of the instrument is too high, the instrument will automatically cut off the power output and at the same time the over-temperature indicator lights up. When the internal temperature decreases, the over-temperature indicator goes out and the power output automatically returns to normal.
