In his speech, Wang Shuang briefly introduced the development history, development status and development situation of distributed photovoltaics in China. Since 2000, I have built the first rooftop grid-connected system in China. The development of distributed PV in China has experienced a budding period, a scale development period and an acceleration period. In 2018, China's distributed PV installed capacity was 20.96GW, an increase of 8% over the same period of last year, accounting for more than 47% of new installed capacity. In the first quarter of 2019, the country's new installed capacity of 5.2GW, in addition to poverty alleviation, there are considerable scale of industrial and commercial distributed unsubsidized projects. Looking at the evolution of China's distributed PV policy and market, in addition to the role of policy promotion, the most important driving force is the decline in the cost of photovoltaic systems driven by technological innovation and upgrading.

In terms of innovation, Wang Shuang pointed out that with the changes in market demand, the substantial improvement of the technical level of various enterprises and the intensification of competition, the characteristics of differentiated development in PV application innovation are being highlighted. “Photovoltaic + energy storage”, photovoltaic construction Integration, "photovoltaic + fishery", "photovoltaic + agriculture" and other aspects have formed many representative enterprises and applications. In the future, with the continuous innovation of technology and the decreasing cost of photovoltaic systems, the business models and selection schemes applicable to different application scenarios will gradually diversify, and PV applications will also be transformed into active ones to reduce costs and achieve parity. A new stage of development for the goal.
