2. Check all high-pressure joints by means of mold, hearing and use of leak detection fluid, and promptly eliminate leakage.

3. In the absence of leakage, continue to inflate to a working pressure of 20 MPa and drive the vehicle away from the inflating station.

4. Check all high and low pressure joints, pipelines and pressure reducer assemblies with leak detection fluid. The mixer has leaks and leaks are eliminated in time.

5. Sixth, ignition timing debugging

1. Run the engine with natural gas, adjust the position of the distribution board, and make the ignition timing reach the best after fixing the distribution board.

2. Run the engine with gasoline, adjust the adjustment knob on the ignition timing converter, so that the ignition timing of the gasoline is optimal (clockwise adjustment of the ignition timing is advanced, counterclockwise adjustment of the ignition timing delay).

Seven, idle speed and start debugging

1. Run the engine with gasoline and adjust the idle speed of the gasoline according to the original gasoline adjustment method.

2. Run the engine with natural gas and adjust the idle adjustment screw on the pressure reducer until a stable minimum idle idle speed is obtained. The method is as follows: firstly screw the pressure reducer idle speed adjusting screw, and then loosen back 1.5 turns. If not ideal, it can be fine-tuned with the carburetor adjustment screw.

3. Start the natural gas directly after the flameout, to see if the natural gas startup is easy and rapid. If the startup is poor, it should be re-adjusted.

When the air supply amount is the least, the engine speed is stable and does not change, which is the optimal air-fuel ratio. Then use the engine exhaust gas analyzer to test the engine exhaust, adjust the power valve adjustment screw, so that the CO value is 1.0 ~ 1.5%, fixed power valve adjustment screw. Then review the idle start and acceleration again and repeat the adjustment until the best condition.

2. During vehicle operation, the power valve can be directly adjusted according to experience to correct the air-fuel ratio of the engine.

3. Through the above commissioning, the natural gas power is not less than 85% of the original car, and the CO content of natural gas does not exceed 1.5%, that is, the conversion performance is qualified. If it fails, the mixer parameters should be changed, and the adjustment and performance tests should be repeated until the performance is qualified.
