At the same time, according to the actual development of the industry, the “Plan†proposed that the industrial added value energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions of the steel industry in 2015 will fall by 18%, which is higher than the national target of 16%, but lower than the target of 20% in the industrial sector. It is understood that China's steel industry has more than 7,000 enterprises, of which more than 500 companies produce crude steel, with an average size of just over 1 million tons.
