The customer test found that our tightly defined slot is deep or shallow, and the failure rate is between 20% and 30%. This tightening is stuck to a fixed position. The customer is not manually installed. If the slot is deep for a while, they need to adjust the machine frequently, which is very labor-intensive. Because our producers had a holiday break before and after the year, there was no way to reproduce the customer, so we had to make a large selection. Our staff spent 10 days to select 25,000 sets of customers for emergency use, and the remaining non-conforming products will be returned to the factory for scrapping. Our manufacturer did an analysis during re-production, and the reason was that the groove of the milling process was worn, the chamfering angle of the turning was inconsistent, and there was a large or small phenomenon, resulting in a deep and shallow depth of the groove. Therefore we take the following corrective and preventive measures: 1. Detect turning chamfering and depth in a new way; 2. QC checks regularly to control the measurement size; 3. Update the process guidance document. At present, we have controlled the slotted set screws and the actual product inspection results are qualified.
