Mechanical protective shoes

Mechanical protective shoes are protective shoes worn by employees during production and work to prevent mechanical damage to the feet.
Classification At present, the use of a wide range of mechanical protection shoes is mainly divided into protection of toe safety shoes, rubber surface smashing safety boots and puncture-proof shoes 3 categories.
The protective toe safety shoe is equipped with a metal or non-metallic inner head on the toe of the toe, and has the function of preventing foreign body from hurting against toe strike.
The rubber surface flood control safety boots are used in the environment with water or wet ground, and are also equipped with metal or non-metal inner headers on the toe of the shoes, and have the function of defending the toe against impact injuries of foreign objects.
Anti-puncture shoes are equipped with a piercing pad between the inner bottom and the outer bottom, and have the function of preventing sharp objects from stabbing the foot bottom.
Selection When selecting, you can divide into three steps: selecting the appropriate type and grade, selecting the qualified product, and viewing the appearance quality.
Choose the appropriate type and grade First, protect the toe safety shoes Protect the toe safety shoes According to the protective performance is divided into An1, An2, An3, An4, An5 and other 5 levels; according to the production process is divided into adhesive, injection molding, molding, There are five types of seams and seams.
The current effective standard for protecting toe safety shoes is LD 50-1994 "Protect Toe Safety Shoes (Boots)". In the standard, the main technical performances of protecting toe safety shoes include the pressure resistance of the front of the shoe, the impact resistance of the front of the shoe, the folding resistance of the outsole, the abrasion resistance of the outsole and the peeling strength of the shoe. The pressure resistance of the front end of the shoe and the impact resistance of the front end of the shoe are safety protection performances. The folding end performance of the shoe, the abrasion resistance of the outsole and the peeling strength of the shoe are wearability. The protection of toe safety shoes must comply with these technical performance requirements specified in the standard.
Protecting toe safety shoes can be selected from the following two aspects as required:
1. Protection performance:
The Toe safety footwear has the highest An1 rating and the lowest An5 rating among the five protective performance levels. The high-grade protection toe safety shoes have high technical indexes of pressure resistance and impact resistance at the front end, and the protection of the toe is better, so the more the toe is easily injured or crushed, the more serious the injury is. To use high-grade protective toe safety shoes, and for jobs where the toes are likely to be bruised or crushed and the degree of injury is not too severe, low-grade protective toe safety shoes can be used. Should be based on the characteristics of the job properly selected, under normal circumstances, the applicable work for each level in Table 1.

2. Production process:
The production process of protecting toes safety shoes is now generally used adhesive and injection molding, seams are generally used for car tires and anti-fur shoes, molded leather shoes are few, and seamed leather shoes are relatively new, similar to the shape of sports shoes, gradually increasing. . Injection molding, sticking shoes new, lightweight, wear-resistant polyurethane material outsole, the price is more expensive; traditional technology adhesive shoes, according to its style, materials and other conditions, prices vary; sewn car tires shoes prices are cheaper, However, depending on the style, materials, etc., the level is also different. In addition, the injection and adhesive shoes have poor air permeability, and the suede shoes have better air permeability, comfortable wear, and good quality suede shoes. The production process mainly involves price, style, material and comfort, and does not involve safety protection performance. It can be selected according to the needs.
Second, rubber surface flood control safety boots Rubber surface flood control safety boots according to its protective performance is divided into ordinary and light two levels.
The standard applicable to rubber surface flood protection safety boots is HG 3081-1999 "Glue Surface Flood Control Safety Boots". Standards The main technical performances of the rubber surface anti-smashing safety boots are the pressure resistance and impact resistance of the boot head, the physical and mechanical properties of the boot and the outsole, and the non-leaking property when immersed in water, among which the pressure resistance and impact resistance of the boot head are Safety performance, the physical and mechanical properties of the boot and outsole, and the non-leaking property of the immersion are wearability. Rubber surface flood protection boots must comply with these technical performance requirements specified in the standard.
The selection of gum surface flood protection safety boots is similar to the selection of protection toe safety shoes. Normal type is high and light type is low. Toe can be easily bruised or crushed, and the operation with severe injuries should be done in the ordinary type. If the toe is injured by bruises or bruises, and the job is less serious, the lighter ones can be used. In general, the jobs applicable to each level are shown in Table 2.

Third, anti-puncture shoes Anti-puncture shoes are mainly divided into two types of shoes and rubber boots, and according to its protective performance is divided into special grade, I grade, II grade 3 levels.
The standard applicable to stab-resistant shoes is GB 12017-1989 "Anti-piercing technical conditions and test methods for stab-resistant shoes", LD 50-1994 "Protective Toe Safety Shoes (boots)" and HG 3081-1999 "Glue Face protection safety boots. GB 12017-1989 specifies the puncture-resistance strength and other safety protection properties of the piercing-resistant shoes, while the performance applicable to the use of leather shoes and the physical and mechanical properties of the materials applicable to rubber boots apply the LD 50-1994 and the HG 3081 respectively. Relevant regulations in 1999. Anti-puncture shoes must meet the relevant technical performance requirements specified in these standards.
Anti-puncture shoes can be selected from the following two aspects as needed:
1. Type Leather shoes are used in places where there is no water on the ground; rubber boots are used in places where there is water on the ground. Leather shoes in the choice of manufacturing process can refer to the protection of toe safety shoes.
2. Protective Performance Grade Anti-puncture shoes have the highest grade and Level II has the lowest. The selection of the protection level of the puncture-proof shoes can refer to the choice of protecting the toe safety shoes. In general, the job scenarios applicable to all levels are shown in Table 3.

Selecting qualified products Protecting toe safety shoes, gum-faced safety boots, and anti-puncture shoes are all special labor protection products. The state implements a safety sign management and production license system for special labor protection articles. Therefore, when selecting, first of all, it should be confirmed whether the manufacturer of the product has a national safety sign certificate and production license. On this basis, check whether the product has the manufacturer's name and address, safety sign, production license number, date of manufacture, standard number of the product's production, whether the product certificate and instruction manual are attached, and special attention should be paid to checking shoes. Whether there is a product name or "protection toes" "hit-proof" or "stab-proof" words, shoe size and protective performance levels, such as "An2" "normal" "extraordinary" and so on. In addition, at the time of purchase, the dealer should also be required to present the test report of the batch of products, as well as a copy of the manufacturer's safety mark certificate and production license (original product when the product is sold), and check the validity period, and also request distribution. The supplier provided a copy of the three documents.
Viewing the appearance quality The appearance quality is also one aspect of judging the quality of mechanical protective shoes. In general, you can check whether the helper is disabled, whether the color is uniform, whether there is a doubling needle, skipping stitch, broken line, whether the needle code is even and even; whether the bottom is open and off the line; if there is excessive sulfur in the sole and the rubber surface , Sulfur, sulfur injection; whether the header is skewed; and so on.
Use 1. Protecting toe safety shoes should prevent water from soaking through the upper surface to prevent mildew and affect protection.
2. Protective toe safety shoes should avoid contact with acid-base corrosive substances, and gum-faced safety boots should avoid contact with sharp objects, high temperature and oil, acid, alkali or other corrosive substances, and pierce shoes. Avoid contact with oil, acids, alkalis or other corrosive substances to prevent the shoes (boots) from being damaged and affecting the protective performance.
3. Mechanical protection shoes should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse when they are stored, stacked away from the ground and walls by more than 20cm, away from any heating element 1m, avoid direct sunlight, rain and moisture, and subject to oil, acid and alkali or other corrosion The impact of sexual material.
4. To protect the toe safety shoes for a period of storage of more than 2 years (from the date of production), a sampling inspection shall be made according to the standard, and it shall be used only after being qualified.
5. The service life of mechanical protective shoes depends on labor conditions, work environment, and different types of work. Generally, the labor safety equipment distribution standards for labor protection in various places are stipulated for the duration of use of mechanical protection shoes for the relevant types of work, that is, the release period cannot exceed the specified time limit. Where the type of work is not included in the local standards for the allocation of labor protection products, or there is no standard for the allocation of local labor protection products, the production and business operation units may use the labor protection products selection rules according to the national standard GB 11651-1989 and refer to the labor protection supplies of other places. The requirements of the standard, the establishment of the standard for the release of the unit. Of course, the continued use of mechanical protective footwear depends on whether the degree of damage has affected the protective performance and the most basic wearing performance.
