1. Wipe off the mud.

Scrubbing refers to the removal of thin film iron, bonding and muddy impurity minerals on the surface of quartz sand by mechanical force and the grinding and peeling force between sand grains, and further shredding the unassembled mineral aggregates, and further purification of quartz sand by classification operation. Effect. At present, there are mainly stick scrubbing and mechanical scrubbing. The main factors affecting the scrubbing effect are the structural characteristics and configuration of the scrubber; the secondary factors are scrubbing time and scrubbing concentration (the scrubbing concentration is generally 50%-60%).

2, magnetic selection.

Magnetic separation is mainly used to remove magnetic minerals in quartz sand. For example, weak magnetic minerals such as hematite, limonite and biotite can be removed by a strong magnetic machine, while ferromagnetic minerals such as magnetite can pass weak magnetic separator. Remove.

3. Flotation.

Flotation is used to remove impurities such as feldspar and mica in quartz sand that cannot be removed by magnetic separation, further improving the purity.

4. Acid leaching.

Acid leaching is the use of quartz insoluble in acid (except HF acid), while other impurity minerals can be dissolved by acid, which can further purify quartz.

5. Microbial leaching.

It refers to the use of microorganisms to extract thin film iron or dip-dyed iron on the surface of quartz sand particles. This is a newly developed iron removal technology.

Because of their filling slots, they are not suitable for applications with high axial loads. types of bearings have boundary dimensions equal to those of single-row deep groove ball bearings of Series 6200 and 6300 respectively. Besides the open type, ZZ type shielded bearings are also available. When using these bearings, it is important for the filling slot in the outer ring to be outside of the loaded zone as much as possible. Their cages are pressed steel.
