Considering the stability of the rolled piece, the hole type is modified after analysis, and the curved hole is changed to a flat bottom convex hole without a groove; although it can also be grooved, the width of the flat portion on both sides should be larger than the 6# rolling mill. The width of the rolled piece is reduced, which can reduce the first processing amount of the new roll and improve the utilization rate of the roll. In order to avoid the scratching of the rolled parts, in order to avoid scratches, the 7# rolling mill is imported with roller guides, and the roller inlets with good stability are selected in consideration of the stability of the rolled stock.

Attention in the production process: The inlet of the frame where the wide-opening hole type is forced must be installed firmly, otherwise the rolled piece will run off and it will not be able to enter the next rolling mill smoothly. For the forced wide-width hole type, the front part is required to be high, and the head of the rolled piece is the best. When the head is bent, the groove can be produced by the groove, that is, the forced wide-open hole type is adjusted according to the bending direction of the rolling head. Import, ensure that the center of the rolling stock is as close as possible to the center of the wide-opening hole type. The width of the rolling stock is mainly controlled by the frame of the forced wide-opening hole type. Pay attention to the wear and stability of the hole type during production. The adjustment of the reduction of the rolling mill has the greatest influence on the width of the rolling mill.

Activated carbon itself can be seen as a non-polar adsorbent for water adsorption capacity of nonpolar substances, which is greater than the adsorption capacity of polar compounds.  Moreover, the adsorbate molecule size and activated carbon in a certain proportion,  which is the most conducive to the adsorption. For small polar molecules, the larger of the molecular weight, the more conducive to the adsorption.
