Classification of land properties to understand which land can be used for photovoltaic projects

Photovoltaic projects, such as large-scale photovoltaic ground power stations, complementary fishery and solar power, complementary agriculture and solar power, and forest light complementation, will inevitably involve matters such as land acquisition and land lease. It is necessary to make a necessary understanding of the nature of the land before starting these tasks.

"Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China" is the fundamental law of China's land policy. All land-related policies and regulations are based on the land management law!

1, according to the classification of land ownership

According to the ownership, it is divided into two categories: state ownership and collective ownership. Land in urban areas belongs to the state. The land in rural areas and urban suburbs is collectively owned by the farmers unless it is owned by the state as prescribed by law; homesteads and private plots and self-retained hills are collectively owned by farmers.

2. According to land use classification

Divided according to land use: agricultural land, construction land and unused land. Agricultural land refers to the land directly used for agricultural production, including cultivated land, forest land, grassland, farmland water use land, aquaculture water surface, etc.; construction land refers to the land for the construction of buildings and structures, including urban and rural residential and public facilities, industrial and mining land, Land for transportation and water conservancy facilities, land for tourism, land for military facilities, etc.; land not used refers to land other than agricultural land and construction land.

Classification of land use status

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the National Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China jointly issued the Classification of Land Use Status on August 10, marking the first time that China's land resources classification has unified national standards.

The National Standards for Classification of Land Use Status adopts the first-level and second-level classification systems and is divided into 12 first-level and 57 second-level categories. The first-class categories include: cultivated land, gardens, woodlands, grasslands, commercial land, industrial and mining storage land, residential land, public management and public service land, special land, transportation land, water and water conservancy facilities, and other land.
